Wannabe rockers can strut their stuff during the Guitar Hero Tournament at Bristol Dragway's Street Fights on April 10.

One of the most popular video games in recent memory is coming to Thunder Valley.  On Thursday, April 10, during Scion Night at Bristol Dragway's Street Fights, a Guitar Hero competition will take place for those brave enough to step up and rock out.

To participate, entrants must visit the Bristol Dragway gaming trailer.  Dragway staff will select one song for the masses to play.  At the end of the night, the two people with the highest percentage of correct notes will face off to determine the winner.

To help the winning musician-in-training practice his or her skills, Bristol Dragway and Aaron's will award the lucky winner with a 26" flat-screen television - not bad for an evening playing video games.

Also on Thursday, the Charter Bandits return to Thunder Valley for another evening of lightning-fast, heads-up racing.

The Charter Bandits must be street legal, race on D.O.T. tires, and compete in one of two index classes (9 sec. or 10 sec.).

Gates open Thursday at 5 p.m. with action slated to begin at 6 p.m.  The Guitar Hero competition takes place all evening.
