Billy Jack's Tattoo, Team Hurley USA King Of The Strip Highlight Weekend at Bristol Dragway

On Saturday, April 19, Billy Jack's Tattoo Night comes to Bristol Dragway.  Those showing their tattoo at the gate will receive $1 off  admission, and a judged tattoo contest will look for the coolest tattoos in several categories.

The Hurley USA King of the Strip True Street Challenge presented by Mac Tools also returns for its third appearance of the season. 

Jon Phillips currently leads the nine-second class, while Jonathan Williams holds down the lead in the 11-second class. Alan Hurley, Phillip Carpenter and Chris Johnson respectively lead the 12-14 second classes.

Gates open at 5 p.m. on Thursday, with racing beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday's action kicks off when the gates open at noon.  Cars hit the strip at 1 p.m. On both race days, spectator admission is $5, while racer admission is only $10.  King of the Strip entry is $20 on Saturday.  For $25, drivers can compete in both King of the Strip and Street Fights.

Junior dragsters will return to Thunder Valley on Sunday, April 20 for the Junior Dragster Shootout.  The Hurley USA King of the Strip True Street Challenge presented by Mac Tools completes the day's action.  Gates open at 10:30. Spectator admission is only $10.
