If you like racing vehicles with tailgates, head to Bristol Dragway's Street Fights on Thursday, May 1 for 4-Wheels Unlimited Truck Night to catch trucks of all sizes taking on the quarter-mile in Thunder Valley.

All street-legal vehicles are allowed to hit the strip, but trucks will be given extra attention on this night.  It all begins at the gate, as anyone in a truck will receive $1 off admission when they arrive.

The 4-Wheels Unlimited car show also will give owners an opportunity to display their pride and joy.  Trucks will be judged in three categories: Best Lift, Lowest, and Dirtiest.  Winners will receive a plaque noting their victory and a $100 gift certificate to 4-Wheels Unlimited to help them add more goodies to their ride.

After a week hiatus, the Charter Bandits return to Street Fights, with the fastest rides on the property battling for the top prize.  It's a heads-up, all-out dash for the finish line in this exciting no-holds barred competition.

Gates open at 5 p.m., and racing cranks up at 6 p.m.  Admission is $5 for spectators, while racers can compete for only $10.
