Three racers rolled away from Thunder Valley $10,000 richer following the July 10-13 BTE World Footbrake Challenge VIII at Bristol Dragway.

One of the country's largest footbrake races, the event challenges racers to achieve a perfect start off the tree without the aid of electronic equipment.

Competition was thunderous as more than 400 entries vied for the daily $10,000 grand prize. Final results for the weekend were as follows:
