To celebrate their title sponsorship of the Taco Bell® Street Fights presented by ZROCK 99.3, Taco Bell® will cover the admission for any racer who shows a Taco Bell® receipt at the gate for the Saturday, March 31 season opener at Bristol Dragway.

Additionally, racers may want to shake off the winter rust now, as all competitors with perfect reaction times during the season opener will win a season ticket good for all events in 2012.

Any racer who turns in a perfect .000 R.T. can bring their time slip to Bristol Dragway officials during the event to claim their prize.

Spectators should not be discouraged, however, as they will have a chance to show off their reaction skills as well. Street Fights fans can show their Taco Bell® receipt to register for a chance to take on the Thunder Valley practice tree. Those selected have an opportunity to achieve a perfect reaction time to win a free season pass.

Thunder Valley’s season opener also is the first chance for racers to enter the Street Fights 100 MPH Club. Competitors who break 100 mph on any run throughout the evening will win a special 100 MPH Club decal.

If racers and spectators are unable to earn a season pass with a perfect reaction time, they still can purchase five-race passes throughout the year. Interested racers can purchase a five-race pass for only $35. The pass represents a $15 savings, as regular racer admission pricing is $10 per event. Competitors can purchase as many passes as they want for the 2012 season.

Once purchased, racers simply show their pass at the gate upon arrival. The pass will be punched at each event. Once all five punches are used, racers may purchase another five-race pass.

A spectator pass also is available for purchase and is $20 for five events. Spectators will save 20% by picking up this pass, which will function in the same way as the racer pass.

There is no limit to the number of passes that can be purchased, allowing spectators and racer to create their own season package.

Passes will be sold at Street Fights events throughout the 2012 season. Anyone wishing to purchase a pass prior to the season opener, may contact Amy Denton at (423) 989-6930.

Taco Bell® Street Fights continues to prove itself as the perfect place for anyone with the need for speed to flex their muscle in a safe, controlled environment. Entering its 12th season, Street Fights allows any licensed driver with a street-legal vehicle to push their machine to the limit.

All street-legal machines are welcome to compete at Street Fights. American muscle, import tuners, two-wheel rockets and even grocery-getters heat up the track during each event.

Anyone with a Taco Bell® receipt can race for free. Spectator admission is $5, while anyone without a receipt can challenge Thunder Valley for $10. Gates open at noon, with racing set to begin at 1 p.m.
